Executive Summary
This report details out a proposal by JX VENTURE SDN BHD (JXV) to invite investors to subscribe to our ordinary shares/redeemable convertible preference shares for a size up to RM 50 Million
The purpose of funding is as follows:-
Activity One – Infrastructure Projects A proposal to raise up to RM 20 Million to invest in government infrastructure project. i.e, government hospitals, Ministry of Defence, and Government Housing Developments.
Activity Two – Supply Paper Material for Government Usage (Mainly A4 Printing Paper) A proposal to raise up to
RM 20 Million to invest in project.
Activity Three – Public Fund raising for Charity Purposes. To Raise Rm 2 Million for the building of dormitories, renovations and purchasing of household equipment (eg. Beds, fans, tables and chairs) for the old folks home located in Batu Pahat. *All donations are to be paid directly to the "Majlis Pusat Kebajikan Semalaysia".
Balance of the funds to set aside for working capital for estimation sum of RM 10 Million and project investment both in Equity and JV.
