This report details out a proposal by JX VENTURE SDN BHD (JXVSB) to invite investors to subscribe to our ordinary shares/redeemable convertible preference shares for a size up to RM100 Million (Estimated USD$ 25 M) The purpose of funding is as follows:- Activity 1 – Supply Paper Material for Government Usage (Mainly A4 white printing Paper) A proposal to raise up to RM 20 Million to invest in this project. Activity 2 - Supply of Food to Local Government Hospitals. A proposal to raise up to RM 20 Million to invest in this project. Activity 3 - Supply Cleaning Management services to Government Buildings , Shopping malls like The Paragon, The Mines, and IOI malls. A Proposal to raise up to RM 50 million to invest in this project. Balance of the funds to set aside for working capital for estimation sum of RM 10 Million for upcoming projects and backup funds.
